While Deaf employees may not need an interpreter every day, providing interpretation services for important meetings, training sessions, and daily interactions can be crucial. Employers should engage in an interactive process with Deaf employees to determine necessary accommodations, considering factors like job requirements, work environment, and individual communication preferences. Additionally, building capacity within the team is important, as the Deaf employee can support the team in learning sign language, enabling easy interactions to the extent that in the absence of the interpreter, it's not a panic.</p>]]></content:encoded>
